Orders placed with Heated 4 U are shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, tracking information is sent to the email provided to us on the order. All shipping costs are non-refundable. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return & exchange policy is 30 days with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unworn, unused, clean, and in the original packaging. For products returned without all packaging intact, a restocking fee up to $15 will be deducted from the refund total. All round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
