Orders placed with Heated 4 U  are shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, tracking information is sent to the email provided to us on the order. All shipping costs are non-refundable. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

our return & exchange policy is 30 days with a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return/exchange within the 30 day period, the product must be unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. All round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
