Lifetime Warranty: Gerbing Heating Elements & Microwire Heating System are protected forever under their lifetime guarantee.
​
One-Year Warranty: All non-electrical components of their clothing are warrantied for one year after purchase. In addition, their temperature controllers, electrical plugs, connectors, solder joints, and connection cables are covered for one year.
90-Day Warranty: Batteries and chargers are warrantied for 90 days after purchase.

Normal wear and tear, and or customer negligence is not covered under the warranty. All warranties are non-transferable and apply solely to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase must be provided if any warranty claim is to be honored. Shipping costs for all warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer. Email tech@gerbing.com or call 800-646-5916 x4 to speak with a Gerbing specialist for troubleshooting and determine if your product is covered under warranty and to receive a return authorization number. Any products shipped without authorization may result in delays or potential loss of that returned item.

Lifetime Warranty: For heated clothing products, Finewire™ heating elements & plugs are under warranty for the life of the product.
One-Year Warranty: All other components of the garment are covered for factory defects in materials & workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the first retail purchase.

Two-Year Warranty: Temperature controllers are covered for two years.
90-Day Warranty: Batteries are under warranty for ninety days & should be charged regularly to ensure their longevity.

Product warranty only applies to the original owner purchasing from an Authorized Reseller. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This limited warranty does not cover repairs by third parties, rips, scratches, tears, cracks, & wrinkles from abnormal use & tears or exposure, of deterioration caused by ordinary wear & tear or exposure. It also does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or improper cleaning or care.
